Facebook Poke = Jail Time
Facebook's poke features is the most useless and pointless feature. It apparently can land you in jail for a year with additional $2500 fine. Shannon Jackson from Tennessee was arressted because she allegely broke an order of protectiong against another woman when she decided to "poke" her on Facebook. The order protection stated that she wasn't to make any form of contact(internet poke included). |
